RESTAURANT / DELI CLERK

We are looking for Restaurant / Deli Clerks to join our team at Cravings!

About You:

Must be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy interacting with customers. Must be able to work well as part of a team. Deli or restaurant experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers
• Explain products and services to customers and answer questions
• Keep workplace clean and neat
• Answer the phone and take incoming orders
• Prepare customer orders accurately and timely
• Package & label food items for sale
• Ensure deli cooler and display cases have a variety of product fully stocked
• Operate equipment in accordance with safety policies and procedures
• Clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces
• Build relationships with our customers to provide top notch service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant, retail, customer service, or other related fields is helpful but not required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
• Enjoys build rapport with customers
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask

More Details:

Estimated Pay:

$18 – 20.00 per hour INCLUDING tips. Base pay is $15-16/hour and additional tips vary, but usually range from $3- $4 per hour.

Flexible Shifts:

12 – 35 hours per week. Must have availability to work afternoons /evenings until 8:30pm, Saturdays and/or Sundays.
